I have personally triumphed over a serious alcohol addiction and transformed my life by shedding a remarkable 115+ pounds, both of which I have successfully maintained for over a decade. Additionally, I fought a 30-year battle with smoking, and I am proud to say I've been completely cigarette-free for the past 13 years. Now, I'm channeling my experiences into my passion as a weight loss accountability coach, where I inspire and guide fellow middle-aged men and women on their journey to sustainable weight loss and creating their dream outcome.
